- How does your business make money today?One sentence is enough. Without this, everything after it is guesswork.
- What’s the one number you most want to change? Where is it now, and where do you want it?“Redesign the website” isn’t a goal. “Go from two inquiries a week to two a day” is.
- Where do you think things are stuck?If you’re not sure, write “not sure.” That’s a useful answer in itself.
- If you do nothing, what happens in three months?This one doesn’t decide whether to do it. It decides how urgent it is.
- Roughly what budget range are you considering?A range is fine. We don’t ask so we can quote. We ask so we know which option to suggest.
- When would you like to see something?A hard deadline, like a funding round, a trade show or a launch, changes a lot.
- Links to your current website or social accountsSend whatever you have. Nothing is fine too.
When we’ll tell you
we’re not the right fit
You need a single graphic A logo, a banner, a one-off poster. A freelance designer will be faster and cheaper.
The spec is set and you just need someone to build it What we’re good at is deciding what to build. On a project where that’s already decided, we’d just be an expensive build crew.
You want it live this month The Anchor phase takes two weeks and a full project six to 12. Squeeze it shorter than that, and we wouldn’t be happy with the result.
You don’t plan to be involved We need you in the room for the two-week Anchor phase. If you hand every decision to us, you’ll get something that’s ours, not yours.
