The real problem
Nobody has defined what “working” means
Without a metric, one more post and one fewer can’t be compared. All that’s left is willpower, and willpower runs out.
How we approach it
So the topic map comes before the posting schedule: which topics to cover, who each one is for, and how they connect. Then every piece has to leave behind a passage worth quoting, with a specific number, a specific year, a specific conclusion. That’s what AI summaries pick up and what other people repeat.
The only parts you can’t hand off to a model are choosing topics and first-hand material. We use AI for organizing data, competitor audits, and multilingual adaptation. Not for choosing topics or making judgment calls, because that’s exactly what you’re paying for.
Before we propose anything, we look at these four things
01
Which pieces get forwarded and cited
Not total traffic. One article used as an attachment to a proposal is worth more than 10 posts whose titles nobody remembers.
02
Where you sit in search results
Whether AI summaries pick you up, and which passage they take. Being cited in a summary without a click still counts as real exposure today.
03
Whether your topics connect
The difference between scattered posts and a topic map only shows around post 30. One gives you 30 islands. The other sends readers from one piece to the next.
04
Whether you have first-hand material
Content with no first-hand material is content a model could write. Interviews, project notes, the mistakes you’ve made: those are what nobody can copy.
What we ask on the intro call
A rule that makes our job harder
We don’t guarantee results, and we don’t guarantee the algorithm.
Be wary of anyone who promises that. What we commit to is a method and a rhythm: which two or three numbers to watch, how often to check them, and what to change when they don’t move.
You get something at the end of every phase
Phases marked “sign-off” don’t move forward until you’ve signed off.

FAQ
Will you write articles for us?
Yes, but we’d rather teach your people to write it. Ghostwriting stops the moment someone leaves. A method that stays with you compounds.
How long until we see results from content?
Search traffic usually takes three to six months, but that’s not the main metric we commit to. AI summaries are squeezing click-through rates in search. What we look at is whether your content gets forwarded, cited, or attached to a proposal.
Does video advisory include filming?
No. We work on positioning, topics, monetization paths, and how each platform works. For filming and editing we suggest a dedicated team, and we can help you evaluate them.
Is multilingual content just translation?
No. The same piece often needs a different emphasis in each language market, so we adapt rather than translate. We start from the master copy and rewrite it for how people there speak and search.
Book a 30-minute call
It’s free. We’ll ask which of your pieces someone forwarded in the past six months. By the end, you’ll have an initial read on direction and scope.
