Solutions

Not sold piece by piece.
Three tracks instead.

Touchpoints pull on each other. Fix them one at a time and you never stop fixing.

Change your positioning and the first line of your website has to change. Swap your key visual and every social graphic has to be redone. So we don’t sell by the item. We group our eight capabilities into three complete tracks. You’ll probably need only one, but we build it with the connections in place so the next one fits.

Get the problem clear before deciding what to build

The first third of most projects goes into figuring out what to do. Clients usually say afterward it was the most valuable part.

Five phases

You get something at the end of every phase, not only at the very end

1 Anchor phase Interviews, competitor scan, confirming positioning ➔ Nothing moves until positioning is confirmed

2 Divergence Three proposed directions ➔ You pick one. No combining parts of all three

3 Convergence Taking the chosen direction deeper ➔ Revision round 1

4 Systems Tokens, components, guidelines ➔ Revision round 2

5 Handoff Training, files, maintenance recommendations

Revision

2
rounds

“Two rounds” means two rounds of convergence, not two edits. One round means you collect all your feedback and send it to us at once, not three notes today and two more tomorrow. That makes the direction swing back and forth, and what finally ships is an average of compromises.

Gates

If a gate isn’t passed, we stop there

No visuals until positioning is confirmed. No website until the identity is final. No handoff until the work passes final review. Stopping isn’t a punishment. Carrying unresolved decisions forward means redoing every step after it, and that’s what gets expensive.

When things go wrong

Three scenarios, written down in advance

Late feedback Please reply within 48 hours of a presentation. If feedback is late, the timeline moves back. The point isn’t to penalize anyone. It’s to keep both calendars workable.

Scope changes Anything outside the contract is quoted before we do it, not halfway through.

Not satisfied Two revision rounds are included. If after the first round you think the direction is fundamentally wrong, you can stop there and pay only for the phases completed.

What we cut

Short timelines come from cutting three things that add no value

A project management layer Nobody passes your requirements along secondhand, so nothing gets lost in the retelling.

Practice rounds No “just to show you” drafts. Every version is meant to be used.

Committee feedback Three decision makers at most. Past three, feedback starts contradicting itself, and nobody can satisfy contradictory feedback.

Which of these sounds like you?

01

“I want to build a brand from scratch”

You have a product and ideas, but every time you describe them to others, they come out a little different.

02

“I need a website that actually works”

What matters is whether you can update it yourself after launch.

03

“I have something to say, but I don’t know how to say it”

Your content is out there but you can’t see results, or you know you should be doing video but don’t know where to begin.

Three solutions

One card each: what you’re facing, how we approach it, how long it takes, and which capabilities it draws on.

What you’re facing

It comes out different every time you say it

The real problem

Decisions never got written down

Who does the work

Google APAC Product Marketing

What we ask on the intro call

muzi
Six months from now, which number in your business do you want to be better?
You
Inquiries. About three or four a month right now.

Our approach

First we ask what should be better once it’s done

The order: business growth goals, where the gap is today, and only then whether the design needs to change.

What you’re facing

Every text change means calling someone

The real problem

The website is treated as a project, not an asset

02

Turning your identity into a website you can update yourself after launch.

What we ask on the intro call

muzi
Who is going to update this website after it goes live?
You
Someone on our marketing team. The homepage copy changes about once a week.

Our approach

“You can update it yourself” is a sign-off item

The real cost of a website isn’t the build. It’s the two years after launch. That’s why four items on our sign-off checklist are about you, not us.

Good fit Your content changes often, and the person changing it isn’t an engineer

Not a fit You already have an engineering team

What you’re facing

What we ask on the intro call

muzi
Over the past six months, which piece has someone forwarded or cited?
You
Not that I know of. We post every week, though.

Our approach

We look at citations, not traffic

One article used as an attachment to a proposal is worth more than 10 posts whose titles nobody remembers. That’s why the topic map comes before the posting schedule.

Start with an audit

You don’t need to know what to do before we start. Figuring that out is our job.

1 day

We go through your current brand, website, content, and data.

What you get A prioritized list: each problem, what it causes, and how long it takes to fix.

How it’s ranked By what gets more expensive the longer it’s left, not by what’s easiest to fix.

Then what Take the list to anyone you like. If you hire us, the audit fee comes off the price.

Not sure? Book a 30-minute call

It’s free. We’ll ask how much you want to grow this year and where you’re stuck right now. By the end, you’ll have an initial read on direction and scope.
